At every moment we are choosing to either: Reveal ourselves or to protect; To value ourselves or disrespect; To tell our truth or hide it; to live our life or avoid it; To blame others or make excuses. Every moment we get to choose, not our child, parent, spouse, employer, boyfriend or girlfriend. We need to be awaken to remember, it is always our choice to make in each and every moment.
